DKFA has been proudly invited as the only team representing Australia to compete in one of the most upcoming youth football tournaments in Japan -

IIZUNA International Junior Cup for 2026.

 

The IIZUNA International Junior Cup is quickly emerging as one of Japan’s premier youth football competitions, bringing together elite teams from across the J League alongside select European clubs.

 

This prestigious tournament provides a world-class platform for young players to test themselves against some of the best emerging talent in international football.

 

From competing at the highest level, experiencing Japan’s unique football culture, and representing Australia on the international stage — the 2026 IIZUNA International Youth Cup promises to be an incredible chapter in DKFA history.

Tour Dates: July 24th - July 31st 2026

Due to the elite level of competition and calibre of teams participating in this tournament, DKFA will be conducting official trial sessions for player selection.

​

 

DKFA will be taking one U12 elite squad, consisting of 12 players and 2 goal keepers (2013/2014 born eligible).
