​Drago Kljajic is a former professional footballer who played for FK Vojvodina and FK Galenika-Zemun, both top-division clubs in the former Yugoslavia. In 1993, due to the Yugoslav Wars, Drago left his home country of Serbia and migrated to Australia in search of safety while continuing his football career.

In Australia, he competed at a high level in the Premier League, representing clubs including White City FC, Blue Eagles FC, Para Hills FC, and Port Pirie Savoy FC. During this time, he played a key role in securing multiple championships, premierships, and double crowns.

In 2005, Drago concluded his playing career and transitioned into coaching, focusing on developing junior players and passing on his extensive knowledge and experience. He holds a UEFA B Coaching Licence and has coached a wide range of teams across South Australia. His leadership roles have included serving as Technical Director at Adelaide University Women's Soccer Club, White City FC, West Adelaide SC and Adelaide Olympic FC.

Over the years, Drago has played a significant role in developing players who have progressed to professional levels, including the A-League, W-League, youth leagues, the National Premier Leagues, and professional contracts overseas.

In 2010, Drago founded DKFA, which has since gained strong recognition across South Australia. In 2015, he was appointed the sole Australian representative and agency partner for FK Vojvodina, further expanding his role in managing and supporting both emerging and professional players on an international stage.

Throughout his playing and coaching journey, Drago has drawn inspiration from Johan Cruyff. His coaching philosophy continues to reflect Cruyff’s principles and remains central to his approach today.

 

Drago’s ambition is to bring European-style football knowledge and methodology to coaches, players, and officials, contributing to the continued growth and development of football in South Australia.
