Strength & Conditioning
Kosta will prioritize optimizing players' performance by concentrating on their strength and conditioning, aiding them in reaching new levels of fitness prowess through Speed & Agility, Mobility & Flexibility, Injury prevention and more!
Nutrition Seminar
Kostas' expertise brings a unique aspect to the camp—a nutritional seminar. This session will educate players about the significance of a healthy diet, illustrating how it not only prevents injuries but also propels them toward reaching their utmost potential.
